The item is fine. But without Paul it would have been very difficult to decide what we needed as he did all the walking through the computer for me and this made the purchasing much easier.

We use these in the office and they get quite a bit of use. We have been using them for quite some time now and they last a long time. I have no negative comments at this time. I'll buy them everytime.

The wheels on the chair sink into the plastic and it does not make for a smooth chair movement. I did not make a good purchase choice. Sorry
