Seemed to be fine for about 6 months

This carpet protector seemed to work for for about 6 months but then developed a tear which turned in a large hole making it useless. I'm going to contact Staples about a no charge replacement under warranty.

We use ours on a fairly nice pile carpet with a thick pad and our heavy office chair rolls on it just fine even with my husband sitting there for hours at the computer. it was a great buy!

Very poor quality- chair wheels are making indentations in the chair mat and as a result my chair does not move smoothly over the mat. It is not thick enough/strong enough to support my desk chair. I am very disappointed with this product.
