For thin carpet

It states it should be used with low carpet and I guess my carpet isn't low enough because my chair sinks into the mat and it doesn't roll easily.

This Chair Mat Cracks and Breaks

It started cracking just after it was a year old. It's warranty was up. It is now breaking up now and soon to be falling apart so it is not worth saving the money. I will buy a good one next time

These are great under our office chairs with wheels. We have several of these. They usually are sturdy & last for several years. But we replace them from time to time when they start looking dull. (Maybe you can scrub them to make them look brighter again but we just replace them.) So far…they have been reasonably priced at Staples.
