this is the second pad I have owned. They have good longevity particularly on a carpet. It discolures after time -in my case 4 years.

Having used this for almost a week I am still adjusting it. It tends to move and the more narrow end wants to curl up or not stay flat on the carpet. My chair does roll easily on its surface so that's a plus.
