For the price I don’t regret trying out this mat but it quickly developed some indents from my rolling chair’s wheels and now the chair tends to settle in that spot. I think my carpet is probably medium-pile and a thicker mat would help. I don’t know much about carpet pile!

Loving the no lip. No more rolling off the edge and getting distracted when rushing to meet a deadline. Bought this style for a new office make over. Not disappointed. Our other mat was cracking due to a high pile carpet.

It’s an ok chair pad not sure it’s actually 1/8” thick but it will suffice for now. REALLY DISSAPOINTED in the shipping though NO packaging! Just the mat rolled up with a shipping label & taped around the middle!! We had to ‘wash’ the darn thing it was so nasty - surprised it didn’t get damaged. It’s a little sad to me that ikea carries the absolute best chair mat for about $18 but going there to get one is a nightmare & they charge $99 for shipping (!!). So this will suffice for a while.

I bought this because two other family members have the same type of mat on the same time of carpet as me. I have owned it less than a week and I have had it slide on me over 20 times even though I have a heavy desk on top of it. I guess one side of my heavy desk is not heavy enough. I am weary of always moving it back into place. I should have bought a mat with spikes. By the way this was not shipped in a box. It had a delivery sticker on a flat plastic mat. Easy to remove the sticker with no residue at least.

The size fit perfect but my chair would sink into the mat making it harder to move then trying to roll on the carpet. I ended up returning this mat.
