I have had the mat for about a week and there are already scuff marks all over it. there are also indentations already in the 4 spots where my chair wheels are. I can tell this is not going to last.

I gave it a 4 mainly because *I* may have bought the wrong one for my carpet. My carpet is thicker which I assume is what causes the mat to constantly shift up to 10 inches towards a filing cabinet. SInce the mat can't then shift any further left it creates a curve/bump which then causes my chair to move. I will give this one to the Goodwill and try another one specifically for thicker carpet.

The chairmat was delivered on the promised day and seems to be just what we expected. It was easy to place now the only question is its durability which only time will tell. That's why I couldn't give five stars.

Just received this product a few days ago. i like that it does not slip on my carpet. However there are indents where the chair has landed. This make it difficult to move the chair around. I don't recommend it.
