The mat is not firm enough. The wheels of my chair make indentations and make it difficult to roll the chair easily back and forth.

The mat is much too soft. The wheels on my chair make indentions in the mat and I can't roll my chair very easily. It also won't stay put on my carpet....keeps sliding around. I have to readjust every couple days.
