Not for high pile

First the mat was delivered 2 days late. Once it was delivered it was extremely dirty. After a couple of weeks of use I am very disappointed. This is definitely not for high pile carpets. The "cleats" do next to nothing. I constantly have to move the mag back into place. Also it dents extremely easily and can be hard to roll out of the dents in your chair. Would definitely not recommend for high pile carpets.

I am not happy with the chair mat. It is supposed to be for high pile carpet but the chair sinks into the mat and leaves indentations. I am probably going to return the mat.

Much much better than the mats you find for $30 - $40 dollars. I wish it were a bit thicker. Works well on a higher pile carpet.

Incresing thickness would improve

I needed a larger mat to cover the large area for my chair to be used with my corner desks arrangement. This is the largest I could find that would work which was a plus. However the mat I previously used for my high pile carpet was thicker and did not deform under the chair wheels as the Staple mat does. The Staple mat is OK but I would have paid more for a thicker mat. I felt it would work simarly since it was advertised for high pile as my previous mat was also. The old mat was thicker!

Didn't work as planned

This item was not what I expected. It says it was made for high pile carpet but it's not sturdy enough for that kind of carpet. The chair rollers just sink into the plastic leaving divots. Would not recommend purchasing especially at this price.

This product is a poor one

This product makes a big deal about how good it adheres to carpeting. Except it does not. Product moves backward about one to one and a half inches each day from the motion of the desk chair atop it. At the end of a week the product is eight to ten inches back from where it was at the beginning of the week.
