My chair just sank into the depressions. I only weight 180 lbs. Returned it and bought a tempered glass mat which is fabulous.

Staples High Pile Carpet Chair Mat rectangular

The mat is perfect takes to my high pile carpet beautifully. The delivery process from Staples was totally unacceptable. One day service turned into almost two weeks several phone calls from me promises of new delivery dates.

Great Heavy Duty Mat

This chair mat is HEAVY once place iT does not move. My chair rolls really nice on it and I haven’t noticed any indentation on it even after sitting in the same place for a long time. I had bought cheaper ones from and online retailer and they were terrible. I should have just spent the money the first time.

Mat works just fine. Surprised and concerned about the delivery. Found it leaning on the front porch wall with out any protection or boxing. The flexibility of the item and the weather conditions could have been disastrous for the mat or adjacent porch furniture or wall surfaces. The bottom of these mats with the dozens of sharp teeth can cause damage and also made it difficult to handle to bring into the house.
