It wasn't what i expected. I have low pile but the mat wasn't firm enough for me to roll on. But Staples took back the mat with no question. Good service.

The product is great. Love clear color and that mat'hugs' the carpet. I was able to muscle the mat outof my car and into my house alone. It would havebeen easier with two people. AND. I laid themat by myself. Not easy but do-able. Once inplace the mat stays put and looks good - - lowkey and important to keep the rug in good shape.

Arrived in one day. It doesn't slide and the thicker mil made a big difference. My chair is not on rollers and it leaves very slight dents in the plastic which do not last long. I have not seen this mat in retail stores so I'm glad I bought it on line.

Beautifully clear and flexible. Ample size. BUT apparently my carpet is semi-high pile and the mat is buckling after less than a week where the wheels of my chair are. Be Warned!
