This chair mat slides around like crazy. The small nubs on the bottom of the mat are nowhere near long enough to grip the carpet. I do not recommend.

The mat is very nice however I am still getting indents in it. I just figured it has to be the wheels as my weight is only 130 lbs. It does not glide smoothly when I move.

Thick mat that stays secure to carpet

I read the reviews on this mat before purchasing and was still concerned that a plastic mat might move. But this one stays securely to the carpet. My prior floor mat was wood flooring with grip on the back and it moved a lot. This one is very secure. One side of the mat was a bit dented when it arrived (as it was not boxed which was a bit dissappointing) but that dent came out after letting the mat sit for a few days before using it. I like being able to see my carpet under the plastic. I am not oversided in weight so I don't know how this floor mat would hold up to a larger person. I would estimate that anyone less than 200 lbs would probably be okay on it.

Works Fine for Me

I purchased this to replace one that I have had for 20+ years that had cracked in numerous spots. This appears to be exactly the same as the one replaced so hopefully it lasts as long. It does indent where the wheels are and I have to push to get it out of the dents but I don't roll around a lot. I just swivel my chair to get out. The chair basically remains in the same position. So this works for me. If you roll around you may find this annoying. I do not find that it moves around like some other reviewers have stated. The delivery was fast (received the day after I ordered it). It also came flat which was great. The only issue I had was there was a lot if tape stuck to it holding on the shipping label the carrier label the purchase receipt bar code etc.
