too soft

the mat indents under the wheels when sitting on it. The mat is supposed to be for slightly higher carpet levels - I had assumed that it would be firmer and not make "sink-holes" under the wheels. I would suggest finding a harder mat.

Seems to be too thin. The wheels on my chair dent it and NO I am not over weight.

It’s awesome. It was difficult to straighten out due to cold from delivery. We held it next to a wall mount electric heater and voila’ !

Mat is adequate but not great

I wanted a mat that is pliable and would not crack over time. I believe that this mat meets those goals and will be very durable. However the mat dents easily leaving my chair coasters sitting in a divot and making it hard to move the chair. The mat also moves on our carpet. The cleats on the bottom of the mat are not sufficient to keep the mat from moving. My carpet pile is medium (measures about 1/4 inch) but I'm wondering how much better a similar mat made for deeper pile might work.

It is good. Does sink a bit but the other option is plexiglass that is likely too hard.
