Can't use this item

Not as described. Lip is over 25 inches wide and therefore won't fit under my desk. Also tracking system says it was delivered on 05/30/2014. This isn't accurate. It was delivered on June 1 2014. Ordered it on 5/26 and expected that it would be delivered on 5/28. Not sure why there was such a delay but when finally delivered it was filthy dirty and looks like it may have been previously used. Not what I expect from Staples!

I have what I would consider a low pile rug and my chair rollers still sink into it making it a little difficult to roll sometimes. I had tried the low pile chairmat and it was horrible this one is better but not great .

Great Chair Mat

Purchased this carpet chair mat to replace a chair mat showing signs of wear/tear. My old mat had flat/square edges. This new mat is great!! Its smooth edge ramps down to the carpet. It stays in place with no sliding around on the carpet. Its the same size as my old mat. I am very pleased.

Ordered this after carefully measuring the depth of my carpet. Turns out it’s not rigid enough to fully support a rolling task chair on a medium pile carpet.

We put in a new carpet and I have not been able to locate a desk floor mat that did not slide. I was hopeful this one would solve the problem and it did not --- it was also more expensive than the cheaper failures
