I ordered a chair mat and when it was delivered it was very dirty and had several big bumps in it. It was not flat and took two days with books piled on it to lay flat again. I was expecting to be able to use it right away like the last time I ordered one.

Does the Job...but if your weight is over 190 pounds then theres a chance that dents can appear and create a uneven rolling surface. [...]

The big drawback is that when you try to reposition the chair on the mat it has made a groove which is difficult to remove oneself from.

Mat arrived in good condition. Since the mat was folded in a box I placed it on a warm surface (sidewalk) for a couple of hours to make it easier to work with. No problems installing it and to date has worked well. Good price too!
