Mat should be thicker since the chair leaves indentations which makes the chair hard to move.

Great Chair mat. It is clear. so the carpet color shows through. My office chair rolls easily on it. it did not come rolled up. It arrived perfectly flat... which is a bonus!! glad I bought it !

Wrong chair mat

I have had problems with the wheels of my office chair sinking into the chair mat. I bought this mat hoping that it would remedy that. It didn't and I immediately returned it. I got one for deep pile carpet. The new one is better but still has the problem.

Soft Plastic & Scratched

If I didn't need a mat right now to cover my carpet this would go back. I only weigh 105 and when I step on it there are indentations. My chair is already indenting the mat. I had the smaller version previously and it was nothing like this. In addition it was delivered scratched in no packaging in a lump in my garage. Who ships a scratchable mat with no packaging. Sticker right on the mat and a task to remove. Not happy.

Recnetly purchased the above product. Needed a larger mat for my desk chair. The rectangular one did not have a lip. Thus my feet were always on the carpet....dirtying it.This did the trick....and is much more durable. Good product. No disllkes.

It does get dents but I believe it is significantly better than the cheaper mats.

Depressions from chair after a few weeks

Might be too early say this is a waste of money but there are already depressions in the chair mat that don't recover after a day of use. I have a medium-pile carpet with pad and if this mat doesn't hold up better I will switch to a harder mat maybe wood.
