I only weigh 145 lbs and the floor mat only seems to last 1 year. I don't know what the longevity should be but I feel it should last longer that than before cracking and breaking.

It is a very stiff shiny but not rigid plastic. It was not wrinkled and immediately lay flat. Does not give off any odour. Does everything you would hope a chair mat would. I strongly recommend it.

I had one I bought from you 11 years ago and when it failed I went without. I just recenty got a new chair and it had to have a pad. Your pad fit the bill price wise and size wise for my space. The best part is I ordered on a Wednesday and received it on Friday the same week with free delivery. Can't be beat.
