The mat itself is great. Unfortunately when I received it there was a HUGE sticker on it and when I took it off it left a very sticky mess on the end of the mat that I keep stepping on. If there has to be a sticker on the mat it should be on the BOTTOM where it doesn't matter.

This delivery was delayed a few times but when it arrived I was very satisfied. Compared with my previous mat this one lays flat and my office chair rolls easily over it without too much shifting. However I find it dents easily despite my less than considerable weight (<130lbs). This is probably in part because I have rollerblade wheels on my chair so the weight is concentrated on a smaller surface. For the price well worth it. Was delivered flat so no need to worry about uncurling.

Good but should have purchased a mat for longer pile

I did not realize that the pile length would make much difference especially since I thought my carpet was not long or shaggy. Nevertheless I think the mat would work much better if the little tabs the points that stick down and help to support the mat were longer - in other words I should have bought a mat for a longer carpet pile length.

Overall the mat is good couldn’t give it 5 stars because it’s a little thin so it kind of sinks in a little bit when you sit too long in one place. But overall it does its job.

This chair mat arrived rolled up in a box I followed the directions for allowing it to come to room temperature. I left it in the room 5 days it never changed. Finally using both hands both feet and all my frustrations I was able to stretch it out but it would spring back with vengeance. I located and stage enough heavy items to weight it down and tried again. I was finally able to get it flat weighted down. I left it like that for 3 days. I was able to bring it to the area of my desk and place it. I still had to weight it down to stay flat. The weights have been off for one day and the sides are rolling back up. This is the only bad product I have ever bought from Staples and I am so disappointed. Do Not buy!
