It was very easy to order a high pile carpet protector on line.What was even better was having it delivered to my door.Got the product needed for a fair price and delivery.I would recommend on line purchases at Staples as being easy and rewarding.

Not what it is cracked up to be!

Supposed to be for high pile. Mine is 3/4 inch. This was an expensive item and now has MANY cracks in it! VERY disappointed.

sturdy mat service level on this delivery was the worst

their service level on this delivery was the worst! Last order – the delivery guy rang my doorbell and delivered the mat in a box to me. This time – left on the front porch translates to didn’t ring doorbell and just threw on the ground without a box and took off. 😠 With it not having a box could have at least leaned it against the house…

Thus far the plastic floor mat is working well to allow maximum movement in front of our computer while eliminating unneccesary pressure from the rolling chair wheels on our new high pile carpeting.
