It is too thin!! It does not stay in place! And when anything is set on it - deep indentations occur. I am sad that I purchased it . Hopefully you can suggest something stronger and thicker- like the one I purchased from you many years ago- which was wonderful.

I was expected a much harder surface mat. This serves the overall need but there is just enough give in it that makes it like it is almost like it is on carpet and I wanted something that would be very easy to roll the chair.

product is a little thin and a heavy chair wheel leaves an indentation. also it was supposed to work well on heavy pile carpet but it works better on light pile carpet.
