Easy to lay down on our low flat outdoor carpet in lanai. Not too heavy. Last one I had lasted years of everyday use. I got the one with the under chair tab portion so that I can turn it around if one end gets used more etc.

I weigh just over 200lbs and this floor mat is not thick enough to withstand the weight of me in my chair: the chair wheels create divots in the mat at make it hard to roll out of them smoothly. I will be returning and hopefully finding a thicker mat to use.

I will be returning the chair mat and purchasing one that is a little thicker. The casters from the chair is leaving indentations in the mat making the chair hard to roll.
