This product is flimsier than I anticipated. It was already 'indented' with the chair just sitting on it (without me) after just a few hours. That's the problem with on-line purchases; you can't really tell what you're getting until it actually arrives. I needed to get something more solid.

When the product I wanted a clear office mat for an office chair was not available in the the store the customer service person ordered it for me on a computer in the store. He promised that it would be at my house the next day. I was doubtful. But it arrived the next morning. Great service and great product.
