This size is perfect for my little corner office space. And even though it is designed for a flat pile carpet it still stays put on the medium pile that I have.

Protects the floor. A little weak.

I might have been spoiled with a really high quality chair mat before but this is a bit flimsy. It is protecting the carpet okay. I use it to put underneath my standing desk. My footprints and the wheels of the desk are making strong indents into the pad but the carpet is okay. Reasonable quality for the price.
