Mat is not as firm as I would like it to be. Chair rollers make indents in it as it Chair is moved across the mat. Indents do not appear to be permanent.

Difficult to flatten out

Had to leave it out in the sun for 2 days and turn it over several times. Once flattened though it does what it is supposed to do protect a large area of carpet.

I ordered this for my purchasing guy and he loves it. I then ordered one for myself about two weeks later. I love the size and the extra room in the front and back of mat.

Good price. Don't like that mat is soft and chair wheels sink in and I if go off mat its hard to get back on because no bevel edge. Wish I would have looked a sample first.

Not good if you weigh more than 100 lbs

bought 3 of them for my office. I'm the heaviest at 240 but all 3 of us find it difficult to move the casters on the chairs sink into the mat.
