I thought it would be thicker and more difficult for the castors on my chair to sink into the mat. I was disappointed that it wasn't any thicker than the one under my chair already.

Very pleased with my mat thus far. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right one for my carpet.

Tape adhesive stuck to surface -- could not remove. Expected a harder surface -- wheels sink into mat. Low pile should say NO pile.

After waiting for many delivery attempts I finally received my Carpet Chair Mat. It is so thin that I cannot roll my chair around on it. My chair "sinks" into the plastic and I have to stand up to push the chair around. Garbage!

Great product!...my only objection to it is the chair rollers make indentations in it which makes it a bit hard to move around...

Came with shipping labels all stuck to it. Took over an hour to get them off and the mat is still sticky. Very disappointing.

Six and price well very good. The material however is a little too thin and the chair wheels indent the surface.
