Buyer be aware that this mat doesn't have the gripper teeth on the underside so it won't slip on the rug. I assumed it did.

Too lightweight for my chair - my chair sank into it and I could not move it. I need a more heavy weight rigid one that can withstand the weight of my chair on my carpet.

Your service rep was very helpful and even though the item was not available that day it was delivered the next day as promised.

Hope this mat will be ok the wheels of the chair are leaving deep indentations in the mat. I'm guessing 6 months from now there might be a problem. Hope I'm wrong. Can't say if i would recommend at this time. Seems to be thicker than most so I don.t understand why this is happening. Thank you

Old one was cracked and worn out so we purchased a new one. Definitely serves the purpose.
