Its a good size. It stays well on the carpet. The only problem is that it’s not thick and hard enough. The wheels of my chair make dents and it’s hard for me to come out of the holes to roll my chair back and forth. Other than that it’s ok.

This mat will not stay in place on carpeting and can not be used on hard floors because it does have small pins on it.

Unlike the previous chair pad that cracked and became useless in short order this chair pad has held up remarkably well. It does dent but it has not shown any sign of cracking.

It suited my need perfectly to protect my hardwood floor. I would recommend this mat for someone who is looking to accomplish my same needs
