This mat was delivered with no box. Just put on our porch flat with no protection. They also had adhered stickers and packing slip directly onto mat making it virtually impossible to remove all the glue so the mat is still slightly sticky. If you’re having it shipped beware!

I bought this chair mat bbecause it has a lifetime (limited) warranty. Before buying Staples Customer Service told me that the warranty DID include chipping and breaking due to normal wear & tear. I have had it for about 10 days and it is satisfactory now. The test will come in a few years to see if it holds up to regular use.

This is good for low pile carpet (3/8") but the cleats aren't deep/sharp enough to dig in to prevent some sliding. I have to re-center it under my desk after a couple of days.
