14x18 Envelopes are perfect for my use. I use about 25 a month. The Prize is affordable and with all the Staples discounts even cheaper. One little down fall is that its ungummed. but no worries that is why they have tape.

used for my taxes

I got these envelopes to stash away all of the tax receipts and paperwork for the years and put them in a filing box labeled instead of keeping a whole separate filing cabinet in the garage attempting to maximize space So these work great for my purpose. as far as for the closure I just use big rubber bands.

great to mailing posters

I use these when I'm mailing posters to venues. The only thing that would make them better would be if they had adhesive already on there and we just had to peel away the strip of paper. That way we wouldn't have to use extra tape to close them with each use.

I use these often for mailing posters/collateral to local QSR's. It's hard to find the larger envelope sizes sometimes so you may need to order directly from the website. Usually next day shipping. Also these are the largest envelopes the store carries- anything bigger does have to be ordered from the website.

Great for large printed items

I work for a national nonprofit that has large 11x17 posters that we distribute to our constituents. Its hard to find envelopes/folders to ship/present these items in. After making my own make shift way to mail them I searched the office stores high and low. I ran across these envelopes @ Staples. The only con is its ungummed but that's minor..just tape it closed.
