Assembly not difficult. Works as described. When set on standard height desk the whole assembly is too high for comfortable use in sitting position. Total front-to-back dimension extends into a small work space because the keyboard tray doesn't retract.This item would be fine in some work stations. Not in mine. Recommend considering all dimensions before purchase. It was disappointing to have to unassemble and re-box for return to store. Local Staples employees were very accommodating.

First saw this in my local store and was impressed by the ease of use. I was a bit concerned about the size "taking over" my desk space but found that it actually increases my desk space since I can now put manuals/procedures that I am reviewing / updating on the upper platform and still use the keyboard. Those with desks that aren't too deep and have a center drawer may find it difficult to access the center drawer if the keyboard tray projects out in front of the desk. Luckily I don't have that problem.
