Terrible service

A box of envelopes took a week to deliver. UPS driver claimed he could not find the address. The building is a commercial building in the center of Manhattan. We have lots of deliveries with no problems. I had to call to get the box re-sent. On the day the box was finally received a messenger from Staples came with a ticket to pick it up! Amazing! BTW: the envelopes were fine.

We keep getting packages broken in the mail - we're a small business and these flimsy envelopes fall apart. Buy the Kraft envelopes - these are useless unless you like thickish toilet paper.
