Black Stainless. Love it! The coffee tastes wonderful. Our water isn't the greatest. The filter features are a plus. The coffee is piping hot. We had a different brand of coffee maker and it never was hot enough when adding creamer. With this one, that isn't an issue!

Bad coffee maker

This used to be my favorite coffee maker. I had the 2nd one overheat and this last one has totally scared me. The plate overheated so bad that the coffee was in a full boil and my whole house smells of burned coffee. I don't believe I can ever trust these coffee makers again

This particular Cuisenart coffee brewer is the absolute best coffee machine I have ever had, so much so in fact that this is my third one. the one I am currently using I just opened but have actually had sitting in a cabinet for when the last one went bad. I was afraid I would not be able to replace it. Now I have to buy a backup to stash in the event this one breaks. I am VERY particular about my coffee. BEST COFFEE MACHINE! Cuisenart, do not discontinue this model, just make it stronger to last longer.

This is our second Cuisinart 12 cup programmable coffee pot. The first one lasted for 8 years. Tried others and none compare to how easy it is to use. The coffee stays hot for at least 2 hrs after shutting off. Would highly recommend this product.

I've had this coffee maker just at 2 years. We were looking at espresso makers and ordered one that worked in my space. (Very small home). We bought from another company for both quality and space considerations. During my research I read a lot of Cuisinart reviews. This coffee brewer stood out. I ordered it after my previous unit died while waiting for the espresso machine to arrive.
I love this coffee maker! I'm picky. This brewer does everything it is supposed to do, simply, efficiently, and with great coffee, all in a small footprint!
Buy one for yourself! You will be pleased. I liked it so much that I bought a convection/toaster/air fryer/grill for my cabin. Another great purchase!
