This is a quality product but simple and straight forward to use. The only thing I would improve is how long the pot stays on. My hubby typically drinks coffee all day but by 1 or 2 PM it shuts off. A full 8 hours would be nice. Otherwise, we love it.

Like the look of the appliance on my countertop with black and stainless steel. The sound level for the completion of the brew cycle and automatic warmer plate shut off is easily heard but not obnoxious.
The LED clock is difficult to see regardless of the light in the room and in order to add water to the desired level you must either use the carafe to measure and pour the water or position yourself so you can see down into the reservoir and it is difficult to see the fill line indicator inside the water reservoir.

Makes good coffee. The only issue I have with this coffee maker is there is no window where the water goes in. I would not buy this again. I did not notice there was not a window for the water measuring when I bought otherwise I would have not purchased.

This is my second 12 cup unit - same as my first (on purpose)! The first one was still working well and I've had it so long I can't remember when my daughter gave it to me as a Christmas gift! I thought it was time for a new one because of long term use to give my old one a rest! I have not been disappointed! The quality and performance continues to provide great value for the dollar! I went through a lot of coffee makers before discovering my Cuisinart!

This is the 3rd coffee maker I've purchased over the past 20+ years. This coffee maker is the best every time! Only reason I bought new ones is the water quality where i live sucks. Lots of lime in the water which eventually ruins everything with mineral deposits. When this one has to go, I'm hoping Cuisinart still makes this one.
