One thing I would change is that the handle on the carafe does not move
It’s stationary & needs to be removed each time carafe needs emptying or cleaning; it’s not a major issue, just convenience

This is the second Brew Central coffeemaker we've bought. The first one lasted for 15 years at least with use at least once daily, so we are confident we will get as good or better service from this one. We have found the coffee to be well brewed and kept hot to the degree we wish it to be. I recommend this coffeemaker whole heartedly.

This is the third of the same model I've had since 2009, but only the second I've paid for. Before I bought the first one, I had read great reviews for it then! I remember reviewers raving the the carafe did not drip after you finished pouring a cup, and it doesn't. Many commented on the support which is great. The first one died in its sleep one night which it was still in warranty. Cuisinart replaced it. The second one finally died after about 8 years. I am so happy it could still be bought, I now have three carafes because they are so easy to clean without losing control of them and smashing them which had been a specialty of mine with other coffee makers.
