Coffeemaker has an issue. The carafe lid and handle are damaged in a way that prevents connection to the pump preventing it from brewing coffee. Lid won't snap in position thus it won't stay on.

I'm pretty satisfied with the product. I would have preferred to have the reservoir gauge on the exterior. A more receptive reservoir opening would reduce spillage in the filling process. In addition, the removal and replacement of the carafe cover is clunky, and may lead to unnecessary wear and tear on the plastic lid. Let's remember that the preparation of morning coffee is prior to your first cup, so it is preferable to make a coffee maker as user friendly as possible.
