This is my 2nd one in 8 years and still work good. I use my pot on average 10hour a day and clean it every 3-4 months when I see my filter get dirty. I flush with vinager and of course the base plate look rusted but still works. If needed will still purchase this kne

All in all, this appears to be a well-made and reliable coffee maker. The temperature is about right, the controls seem durable, and it's about the right speed. It's difficult to tell the water level (you have to look straight down into the reservoir at something that resembles a stepladder); but at least that system can spring leaks like a sight glass could.
There are no fancy controls for brew strength and things along those lines, but in my experience they don't do anything anyway. There is a button for small batch, which does seem to work. I don't notice any difference in taste making a single cup versus a full pot.
All in all, I'm happy with it. Nothing fancy about it, but it brews good coffee.
