Best coffee machine made. This same one crapped out on us after 15 years of everyday use. A great reason to get the same exact one. Same model. So happy they still made it! Very easy to use and brews perfectly! Love this machine!!

Very satisfied with the product. As a two cup morning consumer, appreciate the intense 1-4 cup feature. If I were to pick one shortcoming, it would be the five beep coffee completion indication. I like the feature. But five is a bit obnoxious. Three beeps would be perfect.

Has been a great addition to my morning routine. Imagine hot coffee in the AM. Looked high and low trying to find a brewer that serves up hot coffee. Took me three different brands in search of this unicorn. I was sold with the adjustable warmer plate. It makes all the difference in the world. And the throwback design is nice. Only complaint is the room left for pouring the water into it. Thank goodness the carafe pours like a champ.

What I love: 1) the water filter, 2) the large capacity carafe, 3) it looks great in my kitchen
What I don't appreciate: 1) the programming and controls are a lot more complicated than they should be; 2) the space to pour water into the coffee maker is so small that I often pour over the side, instead of into the reservoir; 3) you cannot see how much water you're pouring into the reservoir, because you cannot see through the sides, so you're forced to measure the volume of each cup, then use a measuring cup to pour in the proper amount of water. (Because my carafe always has at least a cup left in it from the day before.)
