Great coffee, but the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is minus 1 star it uses #4 filters vs the lower cost filters (if you choose). Secondly I get up very early. It would be great if the dog stayed asleep when it was done brewing. Instead, my dog decides to wake up the whole house. I learned very quick to have my dog outside while coffee is brewing.

Nice looking coffee pot. Makes good coffee, better than cheap machines. Wish that the beeping noise when pot is ready or turning off could be disabled-loud if family is sleeping in.
