It works well. The only drawback is when you open the lid after brewing condensation runs down the back of the machine.

I’m thankful you replaced my coffeemaker that stopped working within 1 year of purchase. The customer service was great but when I opened my new one... the box was broken and looks used. Not ok during this time to get this to replace your mistake.
