Overall, I really like this coffeemaker. It replaced an older Cuisinart coffeemaker. It's very attractive. It does show fingerprints on the stainless steel cover, so I'm careful to hold it on the plastic bottom when sliding it in and out from underneath the cupboard to fill. It is difficult to use the interior measuring steps when adding water because you can only see the 10 or 12 cup measurements clearly. I just measure the water by adding to the carafe before adding to the coffeemaker. You need to make sure the basket is secure before brewing - there's a slight click to seat it. Otherwise, you end up with a mess.

Bought this as gift for my husband. He truly loves it. Said it makes the best tasting coffee and the dual to keep the coffee hot is what he likes the most. He was really surprised how much different the coffee does taste with this machine. I was truly lucky to find this at a bargin. We have had it for a month and still a great cup of coffee each time.
