This is my second Brew Central 12 cup programmable coffee maker the only difference is I bought it in a different finish. The first one lasted 15 years and the only piece that needed replacing was the carafe cover and that was my fault I accidentally hit it against the sink faucet shaking the excess water off it after washing it. Customer Service replaced it for me free of charge.

This is the best coffee maker we have ever bought. It makes coffee quickly, keeps it hot and the thing I really like is the charcoal filter it has, with the water we have coffee never has a good taste but with this coffee maker it tastes great every time.

I’ve been using a bunn for years and decide to try something different and I chose the cuisinart because that’s what my sister-in-law uses and I so glad I did I makes a better tasting cup of coffee over the bunn but that’s just my opinion, but I would definitely would replace it with another before I went back to other maker.
