This is the third purchase of this coffee pot. We had one for several years and when it finally died we replaced it with the same model. they are perfect. We are now working part time in another city and have an apartment there, also. I tried to save some money and bought another cheaper coffee pot for the apartment. We hated it! We now have our third pot at our apartment and will never buy another type of coffee pot!

This is my second purchase of a brew central model. My first one lasted over ten Years! I used it daily, unheard of for a coffeemaker to last that long. They improved this one a bit with a larger water opening which I love.

This is a reliable and sturdy coffee maker. The controls are not exposed to water and are easy to use. The only drawback is that the water loading channel is a little narrow but with care it is easy to use.
