We won’t buy any other coffee maker. Always makes the best tasting coffee. We tasted the same coffee we use from other friends coffee makers and it’s not the same great taste

Unfortunately I returned this product. The coffee ground filter overflowed ( I was not overfilling the coffee grounds) half the time making just 8 cups.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything works well and the coffee tastes good and is hot. It is ridiculously hard to find a machine that does all of those basics well, but this one does. The price seems steep but I suppose it follows the market.

I bought this model as a replacement for a 12cup coffeemaker(also a Cuisinart) I had used for over 10 years. I especially like the charcoal filter pod included that maximizes the flavor of the brewed coffee since I am on a well system. The directions are easy to follow to set up the coffeemaker and make the amount of coffee desired. Cuisinart is a trusted reliable product.

We love the 14 cup capacity. This is our second 14 cup unit like this after many years of great service from our first one. We were happy to see them still being offered and find several improvements that we really like, such as the "sight" window to show exactly the amount of water placed in the unit.
