We purchased this unit because we had a family gathering with with many being coffee drinkers. To our surprise several family members had the same unit back home and all loved the unit. It is easy to setup including the timer. This unit makes a great cup of coffee and since the unit makes 14 cups is great for 2nd servings.

The only thing I did not like was water level gauge is nearly impossible to read. Difficult to see the water level after poring water in the maker to brew. Color is cloudy looking. Also, larger than I thought it would be. It is very nice looking and brews well. The reservoir is plastic and would have preferred stainless. I like that I can brew just one cup if desired.

So far so good. Have had this for a few weeks and it works great. No issues thus far. Looks nice on the counter with stainless steel finish. Did a lot of research and felt this was best quality and value for cost.
