This is my third Cuisinart Coffeemaker. I find the Cuisinart brand to be the best bang for the buck. They last a number of years, they look classy, and the coffee is good! After doing some research because I was considering trying something new just to change the look in the kitchen, and was wondering if I was missing out on something better. I determined that I already had the best choice, so I bought yet another and am very pleased with my purchase. If considering Cuisinart, don't hesitate. Have recently gotten this unit after the model before quit working after 6 years. This one is nice because there are two more cups and it's easy to program.
The only drawback is the carafe....still have issues on occassion of leaking during a pour. Hoped that they can find one that didn't some day.
