Replaced our reliable old Cuisinart Coffeemaker

Replaced 12 cup Cuisinart coffeemaker that we'd had for over 20 years. Have a separate grinder so grind beans just before brew and use filtered water. Brews coffee the way we like it. It may not be "perfect" according to professional baristas, but is convenient and good enough for us.

You can always count on a good cup of joe from a Cuisinart. I have been using this brand since 2000, with a very brief lull when my first one died after 13 years and l tried the new rage, the Keurig. BIG mistake! Not anywhere NEAR as good and for me, just plain highway robbery for the k cups. I ditched it and went back to my Cuisinart. This is my third one, and it’s the best yet with the extra heat added to it and the 14 cup capacity and the ability to choose bold brew. It’s AWESOME !
