The coffee continues to drip at least 5 minutes After the Beep signal that brewing is done! The permanent Gold Filter for the coffee grounds Tore on one side after only 3 uses!!

This is my 3rd cuisinart programmable coffee maker. The first two lasted many years with constant use. The second one developed bad rust on the heating plate and rear frame that ended up staining my countertop. This new one looks the same so I hope I don't have that problem again. It's easy to use and makes great coffee...
