Great coffee brewing. Use it each and every morning. Very consistent flavors with minimal maintenance. The only issue I’ve had is that the warming plate deteriorates over time and it’s impossible to keep pristine. We’ve used this product for about 12 years now.

This is my 3rd coffee maker. I give my old ones to my family. I love the new color. As with any coffee maker the heating plate, it will rust. You just have to keep in mind to make sure no moisture stays on the plate. Everything else about the coffee pot works great.

My only complaint is that the water seems to flow much faster into the filter area than it flows out into the decanter causing coffee grounds to float up over the top of the filter and get into the decanter.
