It is a massive improvement over pod-style coffee makers. (I've had several.) It may take 10 minutes to brew, but its coffee has body and flavor.

Best coffee maker I have ever purchased. Bold brew option is nice as I like strong coffee. Pause drip feature does't allow coffee to drip on burner when pulling the pot out. Heating timer is perfect for me and my schedule and a nice feature. The unit looks so nice on the counter and is a great size - not too big. I would definitely recommend to a friend, as it is a quality product.
