I love it….when it works! I’m on my third one in two years. I just bought a new one after the first one died at around a year. My second one died at 3 months so it was replaced under warranty. Maybe the third time is the charm!

This coffeemaker replaces a well-used coffeemaker of the exact same make and model, used daily for more than six years. It is reliable and does what it's supposed to do. I'd do a vinegar rinse every few months and often forgot to replace the charcoal filter. Coffee always tasted good.

This coffeepot makes good, hot, coffee. I love the 14 cup capacity. The only drawback is the amount of water you put in the carafe is not the amount registered on the water level of the unit. As long as you are aware that the 14 cups of water you put into the unit registers 12 cups on the water level, and that is the amount of coffee you will get, you won't have a problem. I recommend this Cuisinart coffee maker.

This is my favorite coffee maker. One each at primary home and office. Coffee always tastes rich and full of flavor. My coffee is always hot because you can regulate its heat. It saves me with auto-shutoff too.
