It is a little awkward to fill with water using the carafe as the lid does not open more than 90 degrees. Also coffee spills out of carafe when pouring coffee into cup

Easy to use, great features, makes great coffee, nice capacity. I would give this 5 stars, however, when brewing it is very loud! Took awhile for our dog to get used to it and not bark, it huffs and puffs and carries on.
